  Models of sectional doors NORPA

PB industrial sectional

Model of door intended for industrial applications. Models: PB1, PB2, PB3, PBE.
Sectional Door characterised by, for example: solid shaft with cotter hole. Reinforced springs for 40.000 cycles, (apart from exceptions specified by the client). Industrial bearing depending on type of drum used.  Cylindrical drums, mixed drums (cylindrical conical), conical drums, these depend on the model of door made.
Industrial doors are all made for automation.

PB1 standard

Standard Industrial Sectional Door, for industrial constructions.
The lintel or master beam (space where springs are positioned) must be at least 450 mm.
This model uses the interior cable bracket, which means the cables or towlines go  inside the vertical guides, at the same time a “C” shaped section is welded to the horizontal guide, which requires a minimum space of 100 mm. to attach these vertical guides.
The PB1 model uses the cylindrical drum; its dimension varying depending on the weight and size of the door, which means that the size of the bearing to be used is directly related to the drum model used.

PB2 raised guide

Industrial Sectional Door with raised guides, for industrial constructions.
The lintel or master beam (space where the springs are positioned) must be at least 450 mm and less than twice the height  (light opening) of the door.  In these cases, we raise the guides and vertical sections, hence allowing the horizontal guides to go as close as possible to the ceiling.

This model uses the interior cable bracket, which means the cables or towlines go inside the vertical guides.  At the same time a “C” shaped section is welded to the horizontal guide, which requires a minimum space of 100 mm. to attach these vertical guides.
The PB2 model uses the mixed drum; its dimension varying depending on the weight and size of the door which means the size of the bearing to be used is directly related to the drum model used.

PR3 vertical guide

ndustrial Sectional Door with vertical guide for industrial constructions.
The lintel or master beam (space where the springs are positioned) must be at least twice the height (light opening) of the door.  In these cases, the guides and vertical sections go up perpendicularly hence eliminating horizontal guides.
This model uses the interior cable bracket which means the cables or towlines go inside the vertical guides.   At the same time various “C” shaped sections are welded to the vertical guide and therefore require a minimum space of 100 mm. to attach these vertical guides.
The PB1 model uses the conical drum; its dimension varying depending on the weight and size of the door which means the size of the bearing to be used is directly related to the drum model used.

PBE special guides

ndustrial Sectional Door for special applications.  Depending on requirements, both PB1 and PB2 are made.
An exceptional case is where to door should slide according to the slope of the ceiling or similar limitation, whether to avoid a gantry crane or other determining factor.
This model uses the interior cable bracket which means the cables or towlines go inside the vertical guides.  At the same time “C” shaped sections are welded to the vertical guide and require a minimum space of 100 mm. to attach these vertical guides.

The PBE model uses the drum corresponding to the manufactured model, whether PB1 or PB2, its dimension varying depending on the weight and size of the door, which means the size of the bearing to be used is directly related to the drum model used.

Sizes referring to guides, etc. are studied for each case according to plans provided.

Industrial Sectional, 75 mm. panel   (REFRIGERATORS)

Industrial Sectional Door intended for maceration warehouses, cold stores and places where a high level of airtightness and insulation are required.  Depending on the requirements, both PB1 and PB2, PBE or PBE are manufactured.
Refrigerator doors allow a minimum temperature of 0 ºC.  At temperatures below 0 ºC up to a maximum of –25 ºC silicone hardiness is placed around the door perimeter and on panel joints.
This model is characterised by the use of 75 mm thick panels, special vertical outline for the correct channelling of panels, special rubber joints for greater airtightness, double aluminium in the lower part.

Door components, such as, drums, brackets, etc. will depend on the model manufactured, whether PB1, PB2, PB3, or PBE.
